Founded by Tereza Kalinova, a marketer with a background in PR, sales, and international business, Kalina Marketing Partners combines strategy with hands-on delivery.
About Tereza
I was born and raised in the Czech Republic, where I completed my studies before taking what I thought would be a quick gap year in Aotearoa New Zealand.
That "year" turned into six beautiful ones.
In early 2025, I moved to Melbourne and officially launched Kalina Marketing Partners — the natural next step after years of working as a fractional marketing manager inside agencies and alongside private clients.
Coming from Europe gave me that straight-talking approach: I don't walk around challenges, I face them head-on and communicate clearly. Spending so long in New Zealand gave me a deep appreciation for community and the environment — two things that now shape how I work and who I work with. Today in Australia, I'm combining both: bringing European directness and Kiwi heart into how I partner with businesses.
I started Kalina Marketing because I saw a gap. Small and medium-sized businesses needed genuine marketing partners, not just agencies chasing big budgets, but people who'd stand beside them and help their marketing actually work.
